Still waiting for my rebate

I signed up for Comcast service back in Feb. I was told i would get a $300 rebate after 30 days of sevice if i signed up for the Comcast Triple play (phone,cable,internet) which i did. I had my installation on Feb 4th 2008 and the same week i started having trouble with my service (no dial tone, no internet) I called several times and each time was given a different excuse for why i was having problems, i was even told maybe my phone battery was dead (i didnt know computers had batteries too) i went for about 2 months where half the time i had no service. was told i would get a credit for the days i had no service and to my surprise i got around $8 in credit! In the mean time when my 30 days of service was up i called to see why i hadnt recieved my rebate, i was told that it wasnt after 30 days and that i had signed up for the $100 rebate after 90 days of service. i asked to speak to a manager and was told to hold and then the lady came back to say i was correct and that the check was in the mail. i got the reps name and employee number because somehow i knew it was a lie. i waited about 2 more weeks and called again and was told that i had to wait more time because what i was told the other 2 times was incorrect. i was told that it was 4-6 weeks after 30 days of service. i waited then called again i asked to speak with a manager because now im pissed, was told there was no one i could talk to and that she would escalate the problem and find out why i hadnr recieved my check and she told me to call back in a week. a week later i was told it was 4-8 weeks after 30 days of service (see how it just keeps getting longer) and that i should be seeing something any day. more waiting then i call again and now im told its 45 days after service then 4-8 weeks not including weekends. not including weekends what the hell does that mean! i forgot to mention on one of my calls on my cell to comcast (because i have no dial tone at home) i was told i could check the status of my rebate on a website called wheres my rebate, so i do that and it wants you to agree to recieving a $100 rebate before you can even enter the site (i shut that down quickly) Back to my refund quest, i am very very pissed now but still not wanting to be too rude ask to speak to a manager and am told they must all be in a meeting because there is no manager available. how can you make someone wait a week for a answer and then give them the wrong one. not once when i called was i ever given the same answer i was just getting the run-around and each time i was told to wait longer and longer. i think there is no rebate and that they are just trying to lie each time you call in hopes that you will just give up. Its not right to be treated this way and to only be given a small credit after the shitty service i have had. Its been almost 4 months and no rebate and was told to wait a month after the last call and she told me they wouldnt have any excuse then. Well it has ben 2 weeks and i am tempted to call anyways because i am curious to see what it will be this time. I really think many would let this go but i am a mother with 1 income and refuse to give up because i know there are others that this is happening to. I WANT MY CHECK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
